This statement describes how the personal data of users consulting Theos Apartments websites are processed for the protection of personal data in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter the “Regulation”), this page describes the manner of processing of personal data of users who consult the websites (hereinafter the “Sites”) of Cristina Cardone for the protection of personal data (hereinafter the “Company”) accessible electronically at the following addresses: https://www.theosapartments.it – https://theosapartments.it This information does not concern other sites, pages or online services that can be reached through hypertext links that may be published in the sites but refer to resources outside the domain of Theos Apartments.

Legal basis for processing
The processing of personal data by Theos Apartments is based on the consent – pursuant to Art.
6, par. 1, lett. a) of the EU Regulation 2016/679 – expressed by the user by browsing this website and consulting it, thus accepting this information.
Consent is optional and may be revoked at any time by request sent by email to info@theosapartments.it, specifying that, in this case, in the absence of consent, certain services cannot be provided and navigation on the website may be compromised.
The processing of personal data is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller for purposes of providing information about the activities of Theos Apartments, pursuant to Art.
6(1)(f) of EU Regulation 2016/679, in compliance with the provisions of the same Regulation.
Data processed, purposes and methods of processing
Navigation data – Access to this site and navigation within it takes place through the use of a web browser. Some of the data required for internet browsing, by their very nature, may allow users to be identified through processing and association with data held by third parties. In particular, we intend to refer to the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to this site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, etc.. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used for possible liability in the event of computer crimes related to this site. Data related to those who have forwarded requests to Theos Apartments electronically using the tools on this site are kept for no more than seven days, in any case for the time necessary to forward the answers and for possible needs of ascertainment of crimes by the judicial authorities.
Data provided voluntarily by the user – The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary for replies, as well as any other personal data contained in the message.
These data are processed to respond to the messages sent and to process any related requests.
Failure to provide personal data for communications with Theos Apartments or for sending any requests prevents their processing.
The data are kept for the period strictly necessary for the purposes for which they are processed. Purposes of processing – Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

Target audience
Personal data collected from this site as a result of consultation are not disclosed to recipients or categories of recipients.
Period of retention of personal data
Apart from what is specified above, data collected by the site during its operation are kept for the time strictly necessary for the specified activities.
Upon expiration, the data will be deleted or anonymized, unless there is no further purpose for its retention.
Data (IP address) used for site security purposes (blocking attempts to damage the site) are kept for 30 days.
Data for analytics (statistics) purposes are kept in aggregate for 24 months.
Transfer of data to countries outside the EU
This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union area.
