In particular, the name “Theos Apartments” as well as any other distinctive sign containing the trademark “Theos Apartments” cannot in any way be used as a domain name or part thereof, for third party sites, without the prior written consent of Luigi Circello.

2. Limitations of liability
Cristina Cardone will make every effort to post accurate and up-to-date Information on the Site.
